Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy:

• There will be a 20% cancellation fee for any appointments booked with any of our stylists or technicians that are
  canceled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time.
• If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the client will be charged a 20% fee of the service total.
• All appointments will require a 20% deposit to book. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the balance of the service(s) at checkout of the appointment. Hair extension, bridal appointments, and first time customers for some independent stylists require a 50% deposit.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment and the salon is closed, please give us a call at (725)600-9387 and leave a voicemail. You can also text us at the same number, (725) 600-9387, or email us at beautifystaff@gmail.com.
• Our stylists make your appointments their first priority. Thank you for understanding, our stylists’ time is valuable and limited.

No Tolerance Policy:

At Beautify Salon and Spa, we are extremely thankful for all of our wonderful guests and staff members! We firmly believe every person is equal and is entitled to fair treatment. We take pride in being a positive, family-friendly environment for all to join!

We don’t tolerate any kind of discrimination towards another person regarding their race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. Any negative comments or actions made in a hateful or discriminatory way will not be tolerated. Those who choose to exercise discrimination will kindly be asked to leave.

Extra Guest Policy:

We keep your health and safety at our absolute top priority! This includes your family, friends,
and extra guests as well. Any extra guests, including children under the age of 12 are not
allowed to accompany anyone receiving a service, unless receiving a service themself.

Each technician requires either chemicals or sharp objects to be used in order to complete the
service(s) of your choosing! For this reason we do not allow any children under the age of 12,
and/or extra guests that are not receiving a service inside the salon or around any of the
service areas.

Any children under the age of 12 receiving a service must have a parent, guardian, or anyone
aged 13+ up wait for them in our waiting area. The parent or guardian may be present during
the initial consultation with the stylist.
